To maintain the integrity and appearance of your phone case, it is advisable to clean it regularly with a soft, damp cloth. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. For more details on the return process, please refer to our refund policy.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

While we do not offer direct exchanges, the most efficient way to obtain a different design is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
